The right size?
Is the logistics department having the right printer or should the sales department have the new color laser printer? Who
needs the new small and fancy all-in-one printer that can send faxes, copy, and print of course? Maybe the
printers are located wrongly compared to the needs - who knows and how can it be documented?
What happens to the costs?
When printers are connected in a network, it is often nice to know who is using them and for what purposes. The
idea could be to send a bill to the right department in the company or to bill a customer
for the service used. A lot of suppliers of copying machines have already done this for many years, the socalled "click-charge".
Documentation is the answer!
Due to many years of experience, we know that a lot of printers have never been
utilized properly, but been worn out often in such a way that they have been way too expensive in use - without anyone really caring about it!
Looking at what other things are done to cut the budget, you are sometimes surprised of how easy it is to
print thousands of pages and waste them, just because of a small mistake or because the customer just did not like it.
We have the products needed to document your printing costs.
