What are E-Forms?
E-Forms are electronical forms, which are stored on a memory module or a harddisk in the printer. The
paper in the trays are blank until both data and the stored form are printed on the paper.
Why use E-Forms?
Take a look in your file cabinets. Most offices are drowning in paper and more than 70 percent of
the document flow is based on preprinted writing paper. From orders and invoices to fax pages and memos.
Not only does it take up a lot of space and can be hard to manage, but very commonly the writing paper is outdated from one day to another. The company gets a new address, changes phone number or decides to change their corporate identity. Even the smallest change means that piles of paper are wasted.
