MFP FaxManager Workflow gives you the opportunity to archive received faxes to an e-mail address or FTP server.

FaxManager Workflow

FaxManager Workflow gives the HP LaserJet MFP the possibility to send received faxes to an e-mail inbox or to a FTP server. FaxManager Workflow is installed on the MFP’s hard disk. FaxManager Workflow is configured via the MFP’s web interface and it gives you the possibility to store received faxes on the MFP’s hard disk so they are not printed. FaxManager Workflow will send the received fax to an e-mail address, FTP or both. FaxManager Workflow will not make any conversion of the received fax format so the fax is in TIF format.

Make rules for received faxes

It is now possible to make specific rules for specific fax numbers. Make a rule for an incoming fax number and send it to a predefined e-mail address. It is also possible to enable a log file to show all received faxes defined with a rule.
